These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users of the 2230 platform in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the 2230 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the very first time you access the 2230 website or mobile app. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. 2230 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice, and such changes take effect immediately upon publication. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account; multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use this platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and must not share your login credentials with any other party. Any activity carried out through your account is deemed to have been performed by you, and 2230 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence. 3. User Responsibilities & Conduct
Users of the 2230 platform are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using our services. You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose that may infringe upon the rights of other users. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or manipulate the 2230 platform is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit the platform's security systems will be reported to the relevant authorities and may result in legal action. Users are not permitted to post, transmit, or distribute any content that is obscene, threatening, defamatory, or in breach of a third party's copyright through this platform. 2230 reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms and to take appropriate action against the accounts involved without prior notice.
4. Payment Information & Transactions (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 2230 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise explicitly stated. You are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate, valid, and belongs to you; the use of third-party payment methods without authorisation is strictly prohibited. Deposits and withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits set by 2230 management and may change from time to time in accordance with internal policies. Transaction processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, and 2230 is not liable for any delays caused by financial institutions or third-party payment service providers. Any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or suspicious financial activity will be blocked immediately and reported to the relevant authorities in Malaysia. All refunds and transaction cancellations are subject to 2230's internal policies in effect at the time the request is made.
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The 2230 platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 2230 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose. 2230 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including data loss, service interruptions, or financial losses. While we strive to keep the platform running without disruption, 2230 cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, interruptions, or temporary downtime due to maintenance. Any investment or betting decisions made based on information on this platform are entirely the user's own responsibility, and 2230 accepts no accountability for such decisions. 2230's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the platform in the thirty days prior to the claim being made.
6. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
2230 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the absolute discretion of management. Users whose accounts are suspended will be notified via their registered email, unless such notification is deemed inappropriate for security or legal reasons. All fund balances in a suspended account will be frozen while an investigation is conducted, and withdrawals will only be processed once the investigation is concluded and no violation is confirmed. Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the 2230 support team in writing; such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with internal procedures. Following account closure, all personal data will be handled in accordance with 2230's Privacy Policy and in compliance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Any unused bonuses, free credits, or rewards will be automatically forfeited upon account closure or suspension due to a breach of terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 2230 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface design, graphics, text, icons, and software code, is the exclusive property of 2230 and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws in Malaysia. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any platform content without prior written consent from 2230. Any unauthorised use of 2230's logos or brand for commercial purposes is a serious violation and may result in legal action. The name "2230" and all associated trademarks are registered property and may not be used by any other party without a valid licence. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided they comply with these terms.
